Beyond Bread and Butter: A Celebration of Sourdough is a deep-dive into the sourdough making process. One that moves beyond the humble bread recipe and takes you on a journey, showcasing contemporary recipes for the Three Mills Bakery Sourdough we all know and love. Together with a team of incredible chefs, and fronted by the founder of Three Mills bakery Jarrod Deaton, this cookbook celebrates the versatility of sourdough, and most importantly, demonstrates the possibilities of old bread.
Formswell were engaged by Three Mills Bakery to develop the visual identity for the cookbook, and provide creative direction alongside photographer Adam McGrath to produce imagery for the cookbook.
